About the Photographer
I developed a passion for nature through the study of Marine Science at the University of South Carolina. My studies led to careers in Environmental Protection and Exotic Animal Care. My focus on photography began after completing the Complete Course in Professional Photography at the New York Institute of Photography in 2005.
My photos and articles have been published in numerous magazines and newsletters. Clients include Nature Photographer Magazine, Aquarium Fish Magazine, Marine Fish and Reef Magazine, and others.
My hope is to inspire the public to care enough about the world around them to take the small steps every day to protect it. I am a practicing conservationist and have taken many steps to reduce my carbon footprint.
