In 2024, I’ve already started adding Photo Walks in the Charleston area for people wanting to learn about composition, light, and techniques for better imagery no matter what camera they’re using…including your phone!

Join us for 4 days of exploration in the low country. Spring is the best time of year to visit and photograph the Charleston area. We’ll bring you to the best spots at the best time of day for incredible images…and we always have fun doing it! All levels are welcome.
Long Exposures at Botany Bay
Botany Bay Heritage Plantation and Boneyard Beach, SC
May 9th and 10th
10:00 a.m. to 5 p.m. on the 9th. 9-12 on the 10th.

Delve into the technical aspects of capturing the flow of time, harnessing the magic of extended shutter speeds to create dreamlike images of moving water, dynamic skies, and other worldly landscapes at a Boneyard Beach. By the end of the day, you'll leave with not only a set of stunning long exposure photographs but also a heightened appreciation for the artistry and technical finesse that define this captivating photographic style.

Charleston Photo Walks 2024.
Join me for a few hours of photographing an iconic Charleston Location. Manual Exposure, Composition, and Creative Camera Movement may be discussed and demonstrated. No fancy equipment needed. Several outings are scheduled for cell phone photography fun!
